Scott Meenagh posted his second top-10 finish of the Games, and Callum Deboys was also back in action on Day 4 in Beijing
Scott Meenagh secured his second top-10 finish of the Games as he finished in ninth spot in the Men’s Middle Distance Sitting Biathlon this morning. The result equals his best ever Paralympic finish, sitting alongside his ninth place finish in the Sprint Biathlon from Day One of the Games, and means Meenagh has improved on his results at the PyongChang 2018 Games in all three of his events in Beijing so far. In a tight field, Meenagh’s finishing time of 33:11.7 saw him home 2:34.0 behind China’s Liu Mengtao in the gold medal spot.
Callum Deboys on his second race of the Games saw a finishing time of 38:37.9 leave him in 18th place following his earlier 17th place finish in the Sprint Biathlon.
