Michael Oesterlin brings more than 30 years of international television and film and entertainment experience to the Board with a track record in international business development and content sales for companies including Useful Global Media Solutions, A+E Networks International, 21^st Century Fox International Television and Warner Bros. International Television.  Originally, a nationally ranked US Freestyle and professional mogul skier, Michael has taken up alpine racing with the Kandahar ski club and, as a member of Ski Club of Great Britain and a supporter of Snow Camp, is a committed champion of Britain’s grassroots and high-performance snowsport industry.

Vicky joined GB Snowsport as Chief Executive Officer in April 2018.

A former Group Captain in the Royal Air Force, Vicky’s military career in the RAF featured highly successful operational, strategic and leadership roles which saw her awarded an MBE in 2004, followed by an OBE in 2014 for services to the military.

She played a crucial executive role in the organisation and breakout success of the inaugural Invictus Games in 2014, going on to become CEO of the 2016 Invictus Games in Orlando, USA.

Vicky also sits on the Board of the Global Mental Health Summit, is an Armed Forces Lawn Tennis Association Councillor, a strategic advisor to the UK Invictus Games Delegation, and is a founding custodian of Rugby Centurions.

Robert brings extensive board-level experience in governance, finance and organisational leadership. He has served on the Board of Rugby League, where he contributed to the strategic direction and governance of the sport, and has built a distinguished career advising organisations on financial management, risk, assurance and corporate governance. His breadth of experience across both the sporting and commercial sectors will be invaluable in supporting GB Snowsport’s commitment to strong governance, transparency and effective risk management.

A qualified Solicitor and Chartered Company Secretary, Helen is currently Managing Director, EMEA General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel for BNY.

She has more than thirty years’ experience across the legal and financial services industries from businesses including Barclays and the Bank of England. Helen joined the board of GB Snowsport in April 2025.
