Paralympics 2022: What to watch on Day 5 in Beijing

Another day of Nordic action awaits as the Cross-Country Sprint Free takes centre stage

Cross-Country – Men’s Sprint Free

Callum Deboys and Steve Thomas are set to line-up for ParalympicsGB in the Men’s Sprint Free Seated Cross-Country tomorrow morning. The qualification round gets underway at 2:00am, with Semi-Finals from 4:00am and the Final scheduled for 5:45am.

Both will be making their first Paralympic Sprint Free appearances, while it will be Thomas’ first ever Para Nordic Paralympic experience, following a glittering career across Summer and Winter Paralympic Games.

Cross-Country – Women’s Sprint Free

Hope Gordon will make her Paralympic debut as she sets out in the Women’s Sprint Free Seated Cross-Country and, in doing so, will become ParalympicsGB’s first ever female Para Nordic skier.

Qualifying starts immediately after the conclusion of the men’s qualification round, currently scheduled for 2:24am with Semi-Finals from 4:14am and the Final following at 5:59am.
