GB Snowsport is recruiting for a Performance Snowboard Coach – Park & Pipe to play a key role in supporting the development of world-class snowboard athletes across the performance pathway.
This role will be hired on a full-time on-going basis, with a higher volume of hands-on performance and athlete-facing work between November and April of each year, offset by lower average working hours during the off-peak season (April-August).

The Role
Working closely with the Head Snowboard Coach – Park & Pipe, athletes, coaches and performance support staff, the Performance Coach will help create inspiring, athlete-centred and high-performance training and competition environments that enable athletes to progress, perform and thrive on the world stage.
The role will contribute to the planning and delivery of Individual Athlete Plans, support technical and tactical development, and help athletes build the skills, behaviours and mindset required for long-term success in elite Park & Pipe snowboarding.
The Performance Coach will work collaboratively across the wider GB Snowsport system, supporting both World Class and Next Generation athletes, fostering strong relationships with coaches and pathway partners, and contributing to a connected and progressive performance environment.
The Performance Coach will help develop world-class performance environments, support the progression of future talent, strengthen team culture and identity, and contribute to the continued success and growth of GB Park & Pipe snowboarding.
