Lizzie started skiing at just 2 years old on a family holiday in Austria. When she was 9 years old, she started competing in Alpine with Chatham race club on dry ski slopes around the UK. Lizzie then joined the Cross Collective ski X race team and transitioned to the discipline ski X,  where she trained in Switzerland during the winter season and competed in the Audi ski cross tour. She enjoyed this for 5 years and this format really helped with her development in Ski X. In the 2021/2022 season, her last year with the Cross Collective and Audi races, she placed 1st overall in the U16 Audi ski cross tour, which was a great achievement for Lizzie.

Recently Lizzie has competed in Ski X FIS races around the World and raced in Australia, Austria, France, Italy and Sweden. The 2023/2024 season was hampered by a serious injury but now back to full health she is looking to compete for the 24/25 in the Europa cup and will be a full-time athlete based in Austria, training with Ski X Performance.
