Edinburgh-born Davy became what is believed to be the first snowsport athlete with MND to ever compete at the Paralympic Winter Games when he debuted in Milano-Cortina in March 2026.
A snowboarder from childhood, Davy was competing in Freestyle in his early 20s before pursuing other paths. Following his MND diagnosis, Davy set his sights on competing at the Praalympic Winter Games and capped a meteoric rise through the ranks by making the ParalympicsGB squad less than two years after his competitive Para Snowboard debut in 2024.
Since his diagnosis at 30 years of age, Davy has been a committed and high-profile campaigner, raising awareness and funds for MND research alongside his career in the wine trade.
