Taylor shines with Pra Loup silver
Telemark star extends Overall standings lead
An 11th podium of the season extended Jaz Taylor’s lead in the Overall Telemark World Cup standings with silver in this morning’s Telemark Classic World Cup race in Pra Loup.
The first race of the Pra Loup meet saw a tight battle between Taylor and Augustine Carliez tip in the French skiers favour, with the British defending Crystal Globe holder finishing 2.29s behind Carliez in second, with Laly Chaucheprat taking a distant third some 5.5s behind Taylor.
Taylor’s Overall World Cup lead now stands at 115 points with four World Cup races to go, including Classic and Sprint races to follow this week in Pra Loup.
