- Biography // Toby started skiing at the age of 3 in the French alps near his family home. After quickly developing a fearlessness for speed and completing his ESF badges by the age of 7, he started ski race training at his local club in Morillon. During that time he also pioneered his Geneva school’s junior ski team, competing across Switzerland. After 9 years with the local team, he was invited to join the Apex2100 ski academy, based in Tignes, where he began his FIS career. There, he worked his way up from coming dead last in French FIS Elite races to FIS podiums across the globe. Toby has shifted from early Slalom strength to a slightly stronger GS profile over the last two years, cracking the top 300 world ranking while studying at Middlebury College in Vermont, USA. Whilst balancing his studies in Environmental Economics & Geography, Toby has had the immense privilege to represent GBR at 2 World Junior Championships and the World University Games.
