Max Vardy is a British Snowboard Cross athlete, born on 16 September 2003 in Cronulla, Australia. Raised in a coastal suburb of Sydney, Max grew up immersed in sports, including football, rugby, and water polo. Coming from a snow-loving family, he began skiing at age 3 and transitioned to snowboarding at 10. Originally competing for Australia, Max now represents Great Britain.
Currently based in Edgworth, just north of Bolton, Max is coming off a strong season highlighted by two top-6 finishes at the Europa Cup in Lenk, Switzerland. Alongside his athletic career, he remains committed to his education, currently completing a Bachelor of Business. With momentum building, Max is focused on making an impact in the coming season.
