Our Board
The GB Snowsport Board of Directors comprises an Independent Chair, up to four Independent Non-Executive Diretors, two Discipline Committee representatives, two representatives of the Snowsport Home Nations National Governing Bodies and our Chief Executive Officer. Our Performance Director and Chief Financial Officer have non-voting board member positions.

Our Committees
We currently have eleven Committees and Panels that support aspects of the work of GB Snowsport and our Board of Directors. All Committees report to the Board via our regular Board meetings.
Nominations Committee
The Nominations Committee is Chaired by an Independent Non-Executive Director of the board, with the Chair of GB Snowsport, two Independent Non-Executive Directors, the Chief Executive Officer, and the Chief Financial Officer sitting as members.
Remuneration Committee
The Remuneration Committee is Chaired by an Independent Non-Executive Director of the board, with the Chair of GB Snowsport, two Independent Non-Executive Directors, the Chief Executive Officer, and the Chief Financial Officer sitting as members.
Audit and Risk Committee
The Audit and Risk Committee is Chaired by an Independent Non-Executive Director of the board, with the Chair of GB Snowsport, two Independent Non-Executive Directors, the Chief Executive Officer, and the Chief Financial Officer sitting as members.
Fundraising Committee
The Fundraising Committee is Chaired by the Chief Executive Officer, with two Board members and five Independent Members appointed by the Chair to bring specific skills and expertise to the Committee sitting as members.
Discipline Committees
We have five Discipline Committees, the Alpine Committee, the Freestyle Committee, the Nordic Committee, the Snowboard Committee, the Speed Ski Committee and the Telemark Committee that collectively represent each of the disciplines that GB Snowsport has responsibility for.
Each Discipline Committee appoints a Chair and Vice Chair, with the rest of the membership comprising up to four Home Nations Snowsport National Governing Body representatives, the Chief Executive Officer and the Performance Director. An Athlete Representative, a Performance Manager, a Competition Expert or Technical Director, a Discipline Coach, and a FIS representative all also attend in non-voting capacity.
Selection Panel
Selection Panels are convened to oversee all formal selection processes required by GB Snowsport.
Each Selection Panel has a Chair as appointed by the board alongside the Performance Director, Head Coach, a Discipline Coach, the relevant Discipline Committee Chair, and an Independent Legal Representative.
