About the GB Alpine Foundation
The GB Alpine Foundation was launched in October 2024 as a means to provide supporters of British Alpine skiing with a way to directly impact the efforts of Britain’s high-performance Alpine skiing team and the sport’s most promising young British talent.
The Foundation is supported by donors wishing to make a significant benefaction – in excess of £20,000 – with all funds raised ring-fenced to support the Alpine team and the best emerging Alpine skiers eligible to compete for Britain at the highest levels of the sport.
Chaired by Nick Robinson, the Foundation works closely with the GB Snowsport Alpine Discipline Committee and the GB Snowsport Board of Directors to boost British Alpine prospects at a time where the team are currently ineligible for full funding from Britain’s sport funding agencies.
