Six World Cup athletes headline strong British Alpine squad
GB Snowsport have confirmed a six-athlete World Cup squad as part of a wider 33-person Alpine team who will represent the country across the 2025/26 season
Jaz Taylor’s Crystal Globe defence saw her rack up another World Cup podium at the Telemark Sprint World Cup with a second place finish in Krvarvec, Slovenia.
The result gives Taylor her eighth World Cup of the season and came in a performance which saw her finish just 0.22s behind race winner, Argeline Tan Bouquet of France with a finishing time of 2:14.56.
Taylor now sits 45 points clear in the Overall Telemark World Cup standings and 15 in the Sprint World Cup standings, both from Tan Bouquet of France with the remaining Krvarvec, Pra Loup, and Thyon 4 Vallees World Cup competitions still to come.
